No! We offer you excellent and natural food at a fair price. Nevertheless, our food is more expensive than food you can buy in the shops. And there are very good reasons for this.

To understand this, it is important to know how the price of food is made up.

First of all, you have to deduct 19% VAT from the price, as well as around 50% for the respective manufacturer, who uses it to pay his expenses and personnel costs. Around 5% of the price is for logistics and a further 5% for packaging. The packaging for our products is slightly more expensive because it is important to us that we do not opt for the cheapest packaging, but for sustainable solutions. These are not only good for you and your animals, but also for the environment and can sometimes cost a little more. About 20% of the price remains for raw materials. For a feed that costs €2.30 per kilo, this means that around €0.46 is used to purchase raw materials. How much meat do you get for 0.46 euros if you buy it from a butcher? Not much. And so cheap food often contains cheap ingredients in order to be able to offer you this price.

Our wet food consists of at least 60% real meat - that's why it tastes so good to your pets. We use all other ingredients (vegetables, herbs and natural supplements) so that your pet is optimally supplied. Not to make our food cheaper. We do this because we know how important it is to you to provide your pets with the best possible care. And because your pets are just as important to us.
