We only use raw materials that we at AniForte® are convinced of.
The raw materials are selected to be beneficial to your animal.

We use, among other things, salmon oil , rose hips , green-lipped mussel , elm bark , colostrum and fish collagen .

Sustainable thinking and responsible use of resources guide our daily work. We strive to maintain a low footprint and use locally sourced raw materials for our products whenever possible.

The filters on each category page allow you to filter by intolerances or ingredients. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact our experts .

AniForte® products are developed in collaboration with our in-house animal health practitioners, animal nutritionists and veterinarians.

The well-being of your pet is important to us and therefore we want to offer you only the best products.

You can find the different meat percentages under each product. Simply open the "Ingredients" tab, where all ingredients are listed.

Everything about ordering & returns

You can find your orders in your personal customer account once you've logged in. We cannot transfer your order history from our previous shop for data protection reasons.

As soon as your order has been completely packed, you will automatically receive a status link with the option to track your shipment.

You can use our returns portal to return the items you want from your order. Please have your order/receipt number AND the email address you used to place the order ready.

You can return your order to us within 30 days.

Select the items you wish to return - they must be in their original, unopened condition unless there was a defect or transport damage.

Everything about the food subscription

For certain products, we offer a subscription service. Your packages are shipped to you automatically, so you don't have to place a new order.

This saves you money and time. You can choose a delivery period of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, or 14 weeks. These orders will then be shipped to you every Thursday by our shipping department.

You can only take out a subscription using Paypal and credit card.

This isn't possible within the account itself. Please send us an email to service@aniforte.de .
Please tell us your old and new email address.

If you forget your password, you can click on "Forgot password?" in the login window. You will then be redirected to a new page where you can enter the email address you used to register with us.
You will then receive an email from us so that you can change your password.

Unfortunately, we are not yet able to display invoices in your account. If you need an invoice, please contact service@aniforte.de and we will send you your invoice immediately.

From now on, you have the opportunity to collect loyalty points with every order in our shop. For every euro spent, you will receive 10 points. For registering as a customer, we will give you 500 points immediately. Share your enthusiasm for our AniForte® products with family, friends, and acquaintances.

As a thank you for every successful referral, you and your referred friend will each receive €10. Learn more here .

Once you have collected a total of 2,000 points, you will receive a €10 discount coupon.

Everything about delivery

We ship all packages with DHL.

We are committed to environmental protection: We use wrapping paper that has been awarded the “Blue Angel” environmental label.

In your account under "Addresses" you can add your new address or change your current one.
In the order status you can also choose between different delivery addresses.

After you have progressed from your shopping cart to the next step "CHECKOUT", you will reach the checkout, where you can specify your desired Packstation or post office.
Please have your postal code ready.
