You can find your orders in your personal customer account once you have logged in. For data protection reasons, we cannot transfer the order history from our previous store.
As soon as your order has been fully packed, you will automatically receive a status link with the option to track your shipment.
You can use our returns portal to return the desired items from your order. Please have your order/receipt number AND the e-mail address used to place the order ready.
You can return your order to us within 30 days.
Select the items you wish to return - these must be in their original unopened condition, unless there was a defect or transport damage.
We offer you a subscription service for certain products. Your parcels will be sent to you automatically, so you don't have to place a new order.
This saves you time and money. You can choose a delivery period of 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks. These orders will then always be sent to you on Thursdays by our shipping department.
You can only take out a subscription using the payment methods PayPal and credit card.

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on "Forgot password" in the login window. You will then be taken to a new page where you can enter the e-mail address with which you are registered with us.

Unfortunately, we are not yet able to display the invoices in your account. If you need an invoice, please contact email@example.com and we will send you your invoice immediately.
From now on you have the opportunity to collect loyalty points with every order in our store. You will receive 10 points for every euro you spend. If you register as a customer, we will give you 500 points straight away. Share your enthusiasm for our AniForte® products with family, friends and acquaintances.

When you have collected a total of 2,000 points, you will receive a 10 € discount coupon.
We ship all parcels with DHL.
We are committed to protecting the environment: we use packaging paper that has been awarded the "Blue Angel eco-label".
In your account under "Addresses" you can add your new address or change your existing one.
You can also choose between the different delivery addresses in the order status.
After you have gone from your shopping cart to the next step "TO CHECKOUT", you will reach the checkout, where you can enter your desired packing station or post office.
